Huntington & Ellis, a Real Estate Agency Honors 10 Years With Community-Focused Giving Initiative

LAS VEGAS - Ten years ago, Craig Tann founded Huntington & Ellis, a real estate agency with the belief that success and community investment should go hand in hand. This June, the brokerage is celebrating its decade in business by launching a giving initiative designed to give back to the neighborhoods that helped it grow.

Rather than throwing a typical anniversary party, the agency is focusing on local nonprofits and service projects throughout the Las Vegas Valley. The campaign includes food drives, school supply collections, and volunteer days with organizations that support housing stability and youth development. Tann said the goal is to use the milestone as a platform for action, not just celebration.

"We did not get here on our own," Tann said in a statement. "The community has trusted us with their homes and their futures. The best way to honor ten years is to put that trust to work for others."

The initiative will run through the end of the summer, with each of the agency's agents encouraged to participate in at least one service event. Huntington & Ellis has also pledged to match client donations up to a certain amount during the campaign period.

Since opening its doors in 2014, the agency has grown from a small team to a recognized name in Las Vegas real estate. Tann credits that growth to a philosophy of treating clients like neighbors rather than transactions. The anniversary campaign is meant to reinforce that approach.

For Tann, the next ten years look much like the first: focused on relationships, service, and staying rooted in the community that made the business possible.
