The Commercial Alliance Las Vegas will hold its annual educational symposium on September 24 at the Las Vegas REALTORS building. Now in its 19th year, the event gives local real estate professionals a chance to earn continuing education credits in a single day.
Attendees can choose from two separate courses designed to meet state requirements. The classes cover current topics relevant to both commercial and residential agents working in the Southern Nevada market. Organizers say the curriculum focuses on practical knowledge that agents can apply immediately to their daily transactions.
The symposium runs during regular business hours and includes materials for both sessions. Check-in begins in the morning, with lunch provided between the morning and afternoon classes. Parking is available on site at the building.
Registration is open to CALV members and non-members alike, though pricing differs for each group. Seating is limited to ensure a quality learning environment, so early sign-up is recommended. Those who complete either course will receive the appropriate continuing education credit toward their license renewal.
The event has become a staple for local professionals looking to fulfill their education requirements while networking with peers. Past sessions have drawn strong attendance, and this year's program aims to continue that trend with updated material and experienced instructors. For schedule details and registration information, interested parties should contact the Commercial Alliance Las Vegas office directly.
