CALV Presents Aug. 28 Class on Commercial Real Estate

LAS VEGAS - Commercial Alliance Las Vegas, known as CALV, will hold a class on the fundamentals of commercial real estate on Wednesday, August 28. The session is open to anyone interested, not just licensed agents, and starts at 9 a.m.

The workshop is designed for people who are new to the commercial side of the industry or for those thinking about making the switch from residential work. It will cover the main property types, including office, retail, industrial, and multifamily, and explain how each one operates differently.
