The records show a steady flow of residential and commercial transactions across the county's cities and townships, reflecting ongoing activity in the local housing market.

Among the notable sales, a four-bedroom colonial in Sterling Heights changed hands for $385,000, while a ranch-style home in Clinton Township sold at $274,500. Chesterfield Township saw several waterfront listings close, with one canal-front property fetching $412,000. In Macomb Township, a new construction development contributed multiple sales, with prices ranging from $350,000 to $460,000.

The city of Warren recorded a mix of older homes and investment properties, including a duplex sold for $210,000. Meanwhile, Shelby Township had a strong showing in the mid-range bracket, with several split-level and two-story homes selling between $300,000 and $370,000.
