Yolanda Hadid is engaged again. The former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star is set to marry real estate mogul Randall "Randy" Kendrick, just over a year after ending her engagement to Joseph Jingoli. The news comes roughly two months after Hadid relisted the Pennsylvania farm where she and Jingoli once planned to build a life together.

Hadid and Kendrick have been dating for about a year. Sources close to the couple say the proposal was a quiet, private affair. Kendrick, a successful developer based in the Northeast, reportedly proposed at Hadid's home. The couple is said to be planning a small wedding with close family and friends.

This will be the third marriage for Hadid, who was previously married to musician David Foster and real estate developer Mohamed Hadid, with whom she shares children Gigi, Bella, and Anwar. Kendrick has children from a previous marriage as well.

The engagement comes shortly after Hadid put the 9.5-acre Bucks County farm back on the market. She had originally bought the property with Jingoli, but the couple split in 2023 after a two-year engagement. The farm, which includes a main house, a barn, and a pond, was listed for sale in early 2024 before being taken off the market and then relisted again this fall.
