RealAnalytica has introduced a new AI-powered workforce designed specifically for real estate brokerages and teams. The platform connects directly with the tools agents already use, including CRM systems, MLS listings, email, tax records, marketing platforms, recruiting software, analytics dashboards, e-signature services, and transaction management tools.
Instead of replacing human staff, the AI agents take over repetitive tasks that slow down daily operations. For example, they can update contact records, pull property tax history, draft follow-up emails, monitor transaction milestones, and flag missing documents. The system works across those connected tools, so data moves between them without manual entry.
The company says the goal is to cut down the hours spent on administrative work, letting agents and brokers focus on listings, client relationships, and closing deals. RealAnalytica positions this as a practical step toward automation, not a futuristic concept. The AI workforce is available now, and the setup process is built around existing workflows rather than forcing a new system on users.
Early use cases include automating buyer follow-up sequences, keeping transaction files organized, and generating weekly performance reports for team leads. The company also notes that the AI agents learn from how each office operates, so the responses and priorities can be adjusted over time.
RealAnalytica plans to keep adding new integrations and refine the agents based on feedback from brokerages that sign on. For now, the focus is on making the back office run quieter and faster.
