EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS has announced robust financial results for April, showcasing a positive trajectory in its rental income. The consolidated rental income for the month reached an impressive 2,611 thousand euros, marking an increase of 55 thousand euros compared to March. This growth can be attributed to the initial rental payments from the newly completed ICONFIT logistics centre located in Tallinn. Additionally, the recent acquisition of the Hiiu elderly care home, which is currently undergoing renovations, has contributed to the fund's revenue stream.
Furthermore, the overall vacancy rate of the fund’s real estate portfolio has improved, decreasing from 4.4% in March to 4.1%. This reduction indicates a strengthening demand for the properties within the portfolio, reflecting the fund's effective management strategies and commitment to enhancing its asset value. The positive financial indicators suggest a promising outlook for EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS as it continues to navigate the evolving real estate market.
