This growth can be attributed to the initial rental payments from the newly completed ICONFIT logistics centre located in Tallinn. Additionally, the recent acquisition of the Hiiu elderly care home, which is currently undergoing renovations, has contributed to the fund's revenue stream.
Furthermore, the overall vacancy rate of the fund’s real estate portfolio has improved, decreasing from 4.4% in March to 4.1%.
